PlannerGirls Collective – My Planning Style

Hello my lovely planner girls! This week we have been asked to write about our planning style. This one is quite a fun one for me.  I would say that my style is still very functional but I still have to have lots of prettiness and stickery goodness. I bullet journal and my everyday carry is an A6 travelers notebook. I also have my a5 bullet journal too, which I fill with lots and lots of stickers. I honestly don’t think I could have a planner without stickers. The good thing is, that even Steve Morton said stickers were good. I was sat right in front him at Cambridge Planner Con when he said it!

I am quite set in my ways in lots of things. I have a favourite pen that I prefer to use, I like to put my stickers in a certain place on my page, but I think my style is very girly. I love my rose gold, as some of you know and I love things that have a vintage feel.

During my planner journey I have found that there are things that dont suit me for example ringed planners and that I like a6 sized travelers notebooks as my everyday carry. This makes life a lot easier in so many ways. First of all, when new ringed planners are released I can appreciate their beauty, but I don’t have the shiny object syndrome reaction to them. Also that being in an a6 TN, whilst not a common size, means that getting notebooks to fit is so much easier as you can pick up a6 notebooks from most places, including supermarkets.

I think I have an equal balance of form and function in my planner.

I would love to know what your style is.

Love Louise
